What can you recommend as fillings for wraps that are quick and simple?

Thank you

I had ham, grated cheese, lettuce and cucumber in wraps in my lunch box the other day.
Sometimes I substitute the ham for chicken or tuna.
I live my life in the edge with my wraps don't i? Wink

Marking place. I love wraps but only ever buy them ready done.

Hummus, grated carrot and raisin with spinach. It sounds weird but it is bloody delicious.

Also we often have DIY spicy chicken wraps for dinner. I get some chicken breasts or boneless thighs from the supermarket that are already marinated in some way lazy, cook and shred chicken and fill the wraps with chicken, spicy rice, guacamole, salsa and hot sauce. Yum yum!

Boneless chicken marinated in olive oil, garlic, ginger, curry powder, chili, paprika, tumeric, coriander, parsley

In a pan, ghee, red onion and mustard seeds. When the seeds start popping chuck in the chicken.

When cooked, in the wraps with sweet chilli sauce, lettuce and cucumber.

The chicken can be marinated in advanced and is quick to cook.

Often do similar to above chicken/pepper/onions mix with cheese/lettuce
For a vege option: roast vegs (can feel like an initial bit of effort but lasts few days: I usually do a big batch of sweet potato chunks, red onions, carrots and mixed peppers drizzled with olive oil, cinnamon and chilli flakes - complement a the sweet potato) For the wrap: spread Philadelphia and pile on the roast veg +/- baby spinach leaves. Yum yum.
Scrambled eggs and cheese wraps taste nice too when hot.

Falafel, avocado and basil with a bit of dressing of some kind
Chicken/turkey, peanut butter and sweet chilli sauce- ends up tasting like chicken satay
Leftover sausages with rocket and artichokes
