So, this year I plan to do mulled wine sachets as gifts for friends, along with a bottle of red and some homemade lebkuchen. Having done some extensive research asked google I have come to the conclusion that there are a silly amount of variations on the mulled wine theme. Therefore, I am throwing down the gauntlet to you lovely lot and asking "what is the perfect mulled wine recipe"?
