General rule on reheating is allow to thoroughly cool (until cold) before reheating and reheat only once.

I am sure you can reheat a sausage plait (in oven or microwave) but no idea what temp or for how long - needs to be piping hot!

Keep in oven on low temp until time to eat?

yes - let it cool down (as quick as poss e.g. remove to cold plate rather than leaving in hot tin etc). Put in fridge. When ready to eat, put back in oven (cover with foil so doesn't burn as cooked already) and heat through - prob about 20 mins. Check heated through by sticking metal knife point or skewer into middle, leave for a few seconds and check knife point is piping hot when removed.

Congrats on the pay rise!

Make sure it's cool before you put it in the fridge! Enjoy the celebration!
