How long do i need to heat this for

Chicken, rice and broccoli. How long will it take to re-heat in a fan oven? Don't have microwave!

Not sure really. About 20 mins on a reasonalby high heat? Cover it in foil so it doesn't dry out.

The key thing is to check it and make sue it's 100% piping hot before you eat it as rice and chicken are both high-risk foods for germies. I've had food poisoning from rice twice - not nice (but pleasingly rhyming!)
