Freezing tuna pasta bake?

I have home-made cheese sauce in the freezer which i'm going to use in a tuna pasta bake for DS (9months) for dinner. Can I freeze the excess tuna bake or will it be harmful as the cheese sauce has already been frozen?

I would say it would be fine. I think it is just meat that is not meant to be frozen more than once.

But then I play fast and loose with sell by dates .....
