Goose eggs

What can I cook with goose eggs please MN?

Oh we got given some by a friend, they are huge and the sack is like leather. Weird.

But to answer your question, we made an omelette with ours, filled with so much veg that it cut through the richness. Scrambled was horrible.

I believe cakes are great, you just have to weigh them to get the conversion of goose eggs to hen eggs correct.

I made a cake. I'm looking for other ideas - I have several eggs!

Was the omelette nice?

It was really, really rich....but we added lots of veg to it and bacon and such to try to balance it out a little bit.

I wonder if you could make a toad in the hole with just one egg?
