Hi Marslady (or anyone else with intimate lemon drizzle cake knowledge). Should I make this cake in a loaf pan or a rectangular baking tray and will either choice affect cooking time? TIA!

baking tray

i tried it in a loaf tin last time and it fell out! makes lots of cake so i use a glass baking tray thingy......yummy

I make it in 2 loaf tins. One to eat, one to freeze. Works absolutely fine.

Doesn't seem to affect the baking time actually, I test it just before the time and then keep cooking it til it's done (when a cocktail stick comes out clean)
