Flavoured fudge recipes

Just wondering if anyone has any good flavoured fudge recipes? I found this www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/3148690/vintage-vanilla-fudge but I've never made sweets before, so I don't know how to alter it to make eg, chocolate/mint (which DH loves). I have a sugar thermometer en route so I'm getting ready to use it!

Chilli fudge is to die for!! A friend of a friend has a recipe online called firecracker fudge it's definitely one of my secret pleasures :)

Thanks, Due, is it the gingerbread lady blog? I'm not sure DH will go for it, but I'd like to try it Smile made my first vanilla fudge last night and it's nicely moreish.

Hmm, stealth chilli. Could be worth a crack! I made a baileys chocolate fudge tonight and I think it's going to be good. Just hope the nursery teachers like the goodies too!

I make this every year - I see from the comments that they have changed the quantities so I would stick with the original one which has been copied into the comments section
