Mix 225g chopped feta, 175g cottage cheese, couple tbsp chopped mint, pepper to taste and 2 beaten eggs in a bowl.

I take it you're familiar with the whole filo wrapping thing? 'Cause you basically put a big teaspoon of the mixture on a strip of buttered filo, wrap triangularly, wrap it once more in another strip. Brush triangles with butter before cooking for 15ish mins in 200C.

I prefer them cold than hot.

Oh bloody hell... I wasn't suggesting you could make the filo from scratch!! How ridiculous! I should have left out the wrapping explanation.

Wrap asparagus spears in serrano/parma ham, little bundles or one at a time. Cover with melted butter [I also add syrup and a bit of whole grain mustard sometimes] and bake in the oven. Easy and delicious
