Authentic french baguettes

I have decided that the best bread ever is the Les Flutes baguettes from the Paul Bakery in London, much denser and chewier than other baguettes. Can anyone point me in the direction of a recipe? On their website it mentions a french flour, natural yeast, sea salt, water and a long fermentation period.

You need the French flour really. Its different to British.

You could also try La Maison Blanc in Oxford for good French baguettes. (Raymond Blanc)

You can get your flour here
www.frenchclick.co.uk/c-103-flour.aspx?sortby=0&dir=0&res=#results
Then Richard Bertinet has some good books

I have quizzed the staff in Paul's this morning and it seems it's the french T65 flour that i need.
