tinned /pre packed foods

Tinned/pre packed foods,how bad are they?

Just for quickness ,how bad is it to give your children any of these

tinned hot dog sausages
tinned macaroni cheese
tinned meatballs
supernoodles
tinned ravioli

depends on the actual meat content of the hot dog/meatball etc....

some tinned stuff better than others - some mostly water & fillers

i sometimes give tinned spaghetti on toast or egg on toast for quick dinners. i imagine macaroni probably ok ?

if it's once in a while, its ok ....

very high in salt
