So I posted a while back for some tips on my first xmas lunch next week and got some super helpful tips from everyone.
I made Jamie's pork stuffing last week and have frozen it:
www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/pork-recipes/stuffing/
but not before putting a bit in the oven and trying it out.
Ok first confession - I've never had pork stuffing before
so I have nothing to compare it against. I thought it was really meaty, more like a meatloaf than stuffing I've been used to. I was surprised by the very small amount of bread used (50g - basically one slice) compared to the amount of meat - 1kg. I have to say it took me completely by surprise when I tasted it as it was so meaty and not soft and herby like I'm used to.
I just wanted to double check that this is right, or is there a typo in the recipe and it's meant to say 500g?!
