I think you grate it, then not sure - maybe some sort of french dressing. I may be making this up though - best check first...

used in asian cooking quite alot, you can grate it into salads and also soups and stews

You can actually buy a special grater for the things, looks a bit like a ricer with a turning handle. Never eaten one though as I don't like radish so I have no decent advice on what to do with the thing. Just like to pass on useless trivia!
