What's your favourite recipe using Greek yoghurt?

I have rather a glut of green yoghurt and am desperate for inspiration!!! Thanks all in advance.

That would be GREEK yoghurt, not green!

Stew some fruit - rhubarb, apricots, apples with cinnamon
Spoon it into a shallow ish dish.
Cover with a thick layer of GY
Sprinkle dark brown sugar generously over the top.
Let is stand for anything more than 10 mins (happy in fridge for hours). Sugar sort of melts. Delicious.

Yes to the brown sugar thing - lovely. I like it with poached plums.

Tsatziki - finely dice an onion and lots of cucumber, crush a couple of cloves of garlic. Mix into the yoghurt with a big squeeze of lemon juice, a splash of good olive oil and some chopped mint.

I quite often mix it with granola and a sliced banana for breakfast.

Stir into a curry at the last minute, or make a minty dip to have alongside a curry.

I've used it to make mushroom stroganoff before when I didn't have sour cream. Was good I just googled the recipe. Also I've made my quiches with it before - lovely and creamy

Use it on cereal instead of milk

Oh yeah granola and yog for breakfast - absolutely the best.

Fresh figs, honey and Greek yoghurt.

Thank you ladies. I will freeze one pot and use some of those lovely ideas to use up the rest. The children will be getting stewed apple and Greek yog for pudding tonight!
