Vanilla/lemon sponge recipe for a 18cm square tin

DD has requested a cake like a present for her birthday tmrw.

I've got a tin 18cm square, and 7cm deep. Does anyone have a recipe for a simple sponge (vanilla or lemon) that will do in the tin?

Have lots of recipes for fancy cakes, but nothing simple!!

Guess too late now - I would have recommended the Mary berry lemon drizzle traybake recipe (without the drizzle topping) as the quantity is about right for that size of tin. Or same recipe omitting the lemons and adding some vanilla extract for a vanilla cake.
