For a few years now, I've used Parma ham to go with the melon, but would like a change this year.
Looking for something a little special, but not spicy or fatty (MIL likes 'normal' and lean). The antipasti meats look to have spicy meat in, and would be a waste, plus I want to add a little chutney with the ham, and have tomatoes on the vine too (splashing out with overtime money
).
I will be food shopping this Friday coming, so any ideas welcome
