Help! I need a recipe for blueberry pie with UK measures

My step-mother who is American has invited us to Thanksgiving tomorrow and she's tasked me to make a blueberry pie but I've searched to find a traditional recipe but they are all in cups which I can't translate.

Would any nice MNetters happen to have a good recipe with metric measures please?

This might be helpful.
1 Cup (Dry) Plain Flour 100gm
SR Flour 111gm
Caster Sugar 190gm
Granulated Sugar 195gm
Brown Sugar 200gm
Ground Almonds 85gm
Butter 230gm
Lard 224gm
1 Stick Butter 114gm (4 oz)

1 Cup (Liquid) (16 tbsp/8.5 fl.oz) 240ml

It has not pasted well from Excel, but hopefully you get the gist.

Alternatively just get your self some measuring cups :)

A cup is a small mug, or 8 fl oz on your measuring jug.

Though my grandma's recipe was 'make pastry. Fill pie with blueberries, lots of sugar, couple heaped spoons of cornflour, put pastry on top', so shouldn't need cups anyway!

Thank you all. This could be interesting! Off to make some pastry now Grin.
