I'm trying to make a small Christmas cake - found a Nigel Slater recipe which is great but needs an 11cm square cake tin...can not find one anywhere. Anyone have any ideas or what the round equivalent would be?? Thanks!

You would need a 12 inch round tin.

really? 11cm square = 12 inch round Confused

You'd need a 13cm round tin. The rough method is 2cm bigger round than square, or you can do the area of tin - 11x11 = 121, square root(121/3.14) = 6.2 = 12.4cm diameter
