Bit late for tea tonight but for future ref (bread machine required):

1tsp dry fastaction yeast (the stuff marked suitable for breadmakers)
450g strong white bread flour
1tsp salt
250ml water
2 tbsp olive oil

Dump all in bread machine (in the correct order for your machine.

Select PIZZA, QUICK DOUGH or WHITE DOUGH option (depends on your machine. Takes about 45 mins in the Panasonic.

Turn out onto a floured surface and give it a good bash about (ahem.. .I mean kneed)

Using a rolling pin or hands squash it out into either 1 or 2 circles (I like mine fairly thin, so I make 2 more sort of square shapes as that's what fits my baking trays )

Place on lightly oiled baking tray(s) and cover in oiled clingfilm. Stick somewhere warm to rise (airing cupboard is good) for about 15 mins while you prepare the toppings.

Preheat oven to 200C

Remove clingfilm, add toppings, cook in oven for about 15 mins.

Oh, that makes (for me as I like them thinish) 2 baking sheet sized ones.
