Cornflakes

I have unearthed (most of) a box of cornflakes at the back of the cupboard. They are too stale to be nice to eat as breakfast cereal.

Any ideas as to what I could make with them (other than chocolate cornflake cakes...)?

You can crush them and use them to make chicken schnitzel.

agree with SavoyCabbage, I use instead of breadcrumbs on lots of things from coating chicken or fish to topping a pasta bake - crush them in the bag first
