Turkish Delight Cupcakes ?

Just a brain storm really. I love making cupcakes and try thinking up new recipes. When looking at the Christmas sweets in Asda tonight, I thought of Fry's Turkish Delight Cupcakes. So my thoughts are chocolate cupcakes, with pink rose water butter icing. But I fancy a gooey middle (I hollow out my salted caramel ones, fill with caramel and put the hollowed out bit back in). I could try putting a piece of Turkish delight in the middle and baking it ? Or I could try making some sort of gooey turkish delight. Any idea's how I could make this ?

I think I saw a recipe for something similar on the waitrose cooking website. I don't remember what it was called - will try to work it out!
