Ideas for leftover brisket?

I recently cooked the shit out of a piece of brisket and now have lots of lovely pulled beef. So far my ideas for use:
Cottage pie type situation (did last night)
Stew sort of thing with barley
Chilli (not ideal as DS not keen on spicy)
Stir fried with rice or some such

Anyone got some good family friendly suggestions? DH unfortunately doesn't like BBQ sauce type stuff.

I normally do cottage pie with mine, but last time made pasties which were really tasty and eked the beef out further

You can't beat cold brisket with home made chips/wedges and some nice pickles.

Zap it in the microwave and have it in a sandwich with some horseradish or piccalilli.

we have had left over brisket tonight - DH made a stew with mushrooms, onions and borlotti beans with ras el hanout - lovely, flavoursome but not too much heat

But favourite is just re-heated up with bubble and squeak :)
