Hi all, I'm in need of some inspiration.
For reasons of great complexity, next week my DP and I are moving into a almost-finished house to house-sit for two weeks while our half-finished flat becomes habitable.
The almost-finished house will have a fridge and a sink, but no other kitchen bits.
We will have a camping stove, a slow cooker if I can find it/be bothered to dig it out, and possibly a microwave.
I'm 12 weeks pregnant and working flat out on my PhD, while DP will be frantically working on our half-finished flat. Time is not our friend right now
Has anyone got any suggestions for quick, healthy and hearty meals we can create with these limited resources, to avoid living off ready meals and takeaways for three weeks? (which, TBH, feels quite tempting at this moment!!)
