mince pies

I am travelling from Scotland by air to England for Christmas. My contribution to the festive table is mince pies. Do I cook and freeze or freeze raw. How long do they take to defrost.

Either. But if you cook and freeze you can heat from frozen.

Having done both I now freeze raw. I find they dry out a bit otherwise.
