I bought a bottle of peppermint, of chocolate and of lemon extract.

How would you use these? Just shove them into fairy cake recipes or something else?

I use the extracts in sponges, icings, meringues and cream. You could start with chocolate fairycakes with peppermint buttercream?

I still add coca powder for colour when I'm using the chocolate extract in cakes and buttercream for what it's worth.

No worries. Also bought 3 bags of flour , not sure I need that much!
