URGENT!!! fish question................

I defrosted some haddock on Monday morning, it's been in the fridge since. Can I cook it tonight(Wed) or should I bin it?

I would think it would be ok - but yes, sniff it (if it's really off, would also feel slimy to touch)

trouble is I don't like fish and it always smells to me!

if it was off , it would reek and make you nauseous! fish should not have a smell if it is fresh...
