It's DD2's christening on Sunday and I am trying to prepare as much as poss this week - we're having a sort of afternoon tea thing after the church service so there's lots of baking and sandwich making to be done!

If I make chocolate rice crispy cakes today will they be alright by Sunday I keep them in an airtight box once set?

I thought I could kill two birds with one stone by doing something creative with DD1 who is going stircrazy on halfterm, as well as ticking off one of my things to do...

I think they would be going a little stale by Friday, even if kept airtight. By Sunday I'd imagine they'd be far on the chewy/stale side.

I'd say any baking etc do on Friday

My boss made some at Easter and I was snaffling them over a two week period and they were still crunchy and yummy!
