Can anyone direct me to a 30 day meal plan that includes fish but no meat? Can only find totally veggie ones online.

Thanks in advance! Smile

I can't direct you to one but I would make

Monday- leek and smoked salmon risotto
Tuesday- arancini with leftover risotto
Wednesday- country vegetable soup and soda bread
Thursday- fish pie
Friday- chickpea and squash tagine with flatbreads
Saturday- courgette and feta filo pie
Sunday- sea bass fried in butter and sage with new potatoes and green beans
Monday - Spanish tortilla with sliced leftover new potatoes
Tuesday- kedgeree or paella dependant on mood
Wednesday- red pepper and squash lasagne
Thursday- egg and chips
Friday- pizza - maybe red onion and goats cheese, or whatever's there
Saturday- salmon Wellington
Sunday - nut cutlets with roast trimmings and gravy

Oh wow, I like the sound of every one of those! They're all going on my list, thank you so much! What's arancini, though?

Arancini is the best reason to make risotto! It's leftover risotto, rolled into balls, stuffed with a cube of mozzarella, bread crumbed and fried ( not exactly Heath food admittedly) . If you google them you'll find lots. Delicious cheesy balls of yum.

As no one else is answering I'll do another fortnight

Monday- pumpkin laksa ( a Thai noodle soup affair- it's lovely)

Tuesday- fish fillets (I use salmon/ trout/ cod/ pollack) with a sun dried tomato, garlic, herb and breadcrumb crust, with green beans and some form of potato

Wednesday- pasta puttanesca

Thursday- egg and veg fried rice

Friday- haddock and shellfish chowder

Saturday- veg and lentil Bolognese

Sunday- morrocan fish tagine with cous cous

Monday- aubergine or courgette parmigiana and salad ( maybe a mushroom and kale lasagne when out of season)

Tuesday- medjera ( a lentil onion rice thing- google ottolenghis- it's lovely)

Wednesday- salmon baked in paper with soy sauce, chilli, ginger and garlic served with noodle- or baked in paper with cherry toms, basil and garlic served with new pots

Thursday- broccoli and Stilton soup

Friday- new potato gnocchi with sage butter if feeling needy, a healthy tomato sauce if feeling virtuous

Saturday- Cheese and potato pie served with veg

Sunday - chips, fish and mushy peas

That first week is a bit fish heavy for my pescatarian so I might sub the puttanesca for minestrone or ribollata

Can only find totally veggie ones online

Follow a veggie meal plan and sub on a few fish dishes a week that you like?

Pregnant, I don't know if we just have really similar tastes or what, but these ideas are totally fab - Thanks again!! I'm really trying to get organised and plan ahead so I know all day what I'm going to be making that eve, rather than wandering round Morrisons with an empty basket and a bewildered look, wondering what the hell I'm going to fling together that evening! Thanks again.

And ottolenghi is one of these chefs whose recipes I see in the Guardian, think it sounds yum, intend to bookmark but forget and lose the recipe forever ...Sad

Other poster whose name I've forgotten, thank you for your idea too!
