what you do with cooked chicken / turkey breasts?

have a pile that i broiled as they came out of freezer and i didnt use qucik enough

make chicken nuggets

whizz them up in a food processor, add some cheese and pepper and herbs and then enough mayo to bind. shape, breadcrumb and fry (or freeze)

or

Coronation chicken
Paella
Chicken risotto

Add them chopped to stock, carrots, potatoes, pearl barley and butter beans and make thick soup.

I have leftover roast chicken from lunch yesterday.

Tonight we are having spinach, ricotta and left over roast chicken from yesterdays lunch fritatta

countess there cooked so can i still make the nuggets?

I always do with leftovers from roast so yes!

I make sandwiches at lunch time with mayo and salad.
