Rice cooker or second slow cooker?

My first slow cooker gets used a lot - but my life is sometimes still complicated at the end of the day - either through needing to fix 'sides' (eg rice or veg) - and also due to DD being vegetarian.

I do cook rice in the slow cooker - but have had a couple of dodgy batches - does a purpose built rice cooker do a good job?

Or maybe a 'multicooker' type of thing...?

I've got a Tefal multicooker, and it does rice brilliantly as well as being a slow cooker

My dinner today was chilli from the sc and rice from my rice cooker. I love them both. The rice cooker cooks the rice and then keeps it warm for up to 10 hours. I don't switch it on and leave it, I use it when I get home and cook the rice then.
