Took some beef mince out of the freezer at about 7pm yesterday. Completely forgot about it til i went back in the kitchen at 7am today. It's been sat there all night will it be ok to make a chilli with or shall I bin it?
It didn't feel very cold when I picked it up, I want to risk getting the runs!

It won't have de-frosted fully for several hours, and will still not have been fully at room temperature at 7.00am this morning I am sure. So ling as you are not doing Steak Tartare, you should have no problem I would definitely use it, no question. Just make sure it is cooked through.

Brillant thankyou for replying. If it was chicken i would defo chuck it out but i always think beef is a bit more resilliant to my bad kitchen practices Grin
