got squash and diced pork what can I do with them?

Actually, butternut squash, peeled chunked and roast, would go beautifully with a rich pork cassarole.

ooh would it? we've just had roasted sweet pots and MIL noticed my squash (brought for joey to mash with chicken)

ok will do that then for tomorrow tea. (what gravey/sauce do you use?)

Just gravy with lots of chopped mushrooms and onion in it. Or you could buy a packet, I bet you could find something.

Butternut squash caramelises when you roast it, it goes deliciously sweets and a bit crunchy.
