Help with really cheesy cheesecake recipe

In a pub I had a fabulous cheesecake. Not baked, biscuit bottom and really cheesy topping. Could really taste the cream cheese. Wasn't everyone's cup of tea but I thought it was fab and would like to recreate it. Had no other flavour it sauce with it. Anyone got a recipe like this? TIA.

Biscuit base -

300g digestives crushed
150g butter

melt the butter, add the digestives, press into a loose bottomed tin.

2 tubs of cream cheese (300g)
1 carton of whipping cream (284ml)

Whisk together until correct consistency, that's it!

I add some icing sugar to mine to sweeten it up as I don't like the cheesy taste. I also like to add grated lemon rind and squeeze of lemons to mine. Delish!

Use half the amounts if you want a smaller cheesecake.
