Too knackered tom do a big meal.
Got a salmon fillet out the freezer. Going to put it in the smoker then blitz it with some Philly and have it on crusty bread.

Cottage pie and peas for the kids, Indian takeaway for DH and I later on.... Sausage wise I always do the same thing with it (boring I know) oven roasted with Delia's cheat easy red onion gravy and mustard mash ??

We are having homemade French onion soup with cheesy garlic bread.. No idea what it will be like!

I've started a stupid interesting experiement to cook a new meal once a week and this is this weeks new meal!

I LOVE French onion soup. I do mine with all diff kinds of onions and a dash of Marsala. How are you doing yours?

Vegetable basket soup - 2 sweet potatoes, 1 King Edwards (decidedly tired), 2 parsnips, 6 carrots.

Cheese and parsnip bread.

Just had Gnocci fried in a pan ( like little roasts!) black pudding and home grown green beans out of freezer . Sounds weird but works!

We had chicken stirfry last night, yum, but I didn't de-seed the chilli so my lips are still on fire!!

Tonight its meatballs in gravy with creamy mash & veg (peas & carrots)

Tomorrow night its chicken & mushroom in creamy white wine sauce, with leftover mash & veg from tonight Smile
