How can I make my curry less sweet?

It's got butternut squash, coconut milk and tamarind paste so it's really sweet. Is there something I can add to balance it a bit?

And/or yoghurt

and a healthy pinch of salt

Tamarind paste isn't usually sweet: it should be very sour - at least as sour as lime juice, so maybe add more of the paste as a first step.

Also, have you seasoned with enough salt (silly question but easy enough to forget)?

Salt, pepper, lime juice and MN have saved the curry Grin
Thanks folks Thanks

Gastro, that could have been the problem - I ran out of tamarind paste and didn't put in as much as the recipe said. That's probably why the lime juice has fixed it.
