Freeze uncooked quiche base?

As the title says.... Making several quiches for an event at the weekend and wondered if I could get a head start by making the pastry, lining the tins with it and then freezing. I'd normally firm pastry up in the freezer before cooking but would it cook OK from being totally frozen?

Yes it does cook well from frozen
