Can anyone recommend an Aga cookbook?

There seem to be loads and I'd like one that explains a bit about the nature of the beast as well as recipes!

Mary Berry did a very useful How to book.

and then follow it up with a Mary Berry. Cook Now/Eat Later I think it's called is my favourite.
