Chestnut flour?

Bought Hugh's Light & easy recently and there are a few recipes using chestnut flour.

My large Waitrose don't appear to stock it- anyone know a supplier that is not mail order?

Not the answer you want, but all the Intermarché supermarkets in SW France sell it at this time of year.

Shipton mill sell it, perhaps try Sainsbury's or Booths for it, or independent health food shop.

Alternatively look on the Shipton or Dove websites.
