Hello all.
I like to make celebration cakes for my family and friends. I am not a bad baker but enjoy the decorating part much more so I tend to stick with my standard tried and tested Madeira Cake Recipe as it is a sturdy cake that is great for carving,stacking and covering.
But I would like to try a different cake this month for my little boys 4th birthday.
I also tend to just fill with buttercream so would be greatfull for any other suggestions.
