We are having a Hallowe'en party his year with about 75 people coming. There will be adults and children. We will be catering ourselves. What shall I serve? It needs to be quick, easy and able to prepared in advance. I want to serve mainly hot food because it will be cold and people will be inside and outside.
I was thinking:
- sausages and rolls for the kids
- thai green curry (1 x chicken, 1 x veggie)
- jasmine rice
- dishwasher salmon
- various salads
- breads and cheeseboard
Desserts will probably include a large chocolate mousse, a few toffee apples, a creme caramel and the usual plethora of halloween confectionary available.
Is that going to be enough?
