Pork steak ideas please!

I've got pork steaks in my fridge which I need to fashion into dinner and I am totally lacking in inspiration.

Any ideas for something relatively quick please?

Fajitas? Fried with mustard/cream sauce? Stir fry?

Not hugely quick but yday I fried four pork steaks for about two mins each side, then bunged in a casserole dish with some onions, covered with stock cube chicken stock and half a can of cider. After they'd been in oven half an hour added a handful of dries apricots, then got them out half an hour later and added some cream and mustard. Took over an hour but prob only ten minutes of actual 'cooking'.
Guess too late for tonight but might be useful next time!

Beat them then coat in flour, egg and breadcrumbs and fry.

Grilled with nice veg and a peppercorn sauce

Hadn't thought about peppercorn sauce. runnerbean that also sounds yummy.They're still in the fridge as I'm so tired in the end I gave up and made omelettes!

Place in an ovenproof dish. Season with salt and pepper, cover in a layer of thinly sliced mushrooms, capers, sliced gherkins and olives and pour over a tin of chopped tomatoes. Pop in the oven (Gas 5) for 35 minutes. We do this quite often. Dead easy and nice.
