chicken fillet strips

any inspiration. i was thinking of Italian theme sautéed with some chopped toms mushrooms and onion maybe adding creme fraiche.

my food always tastes the same

they are meant to be grilled. any ideas thanks

I dip chicken strips in flour, then beaten egg, then breadcrumbs mixed with seasoning and parmesan and shallow fry until crisp. Serve with salad and roast potato wedges.

DH likes this which I make with chicken breasts or strips, just cut down the time for strips. I'm veggie so no idea how good it is

Pasta Alfredo, while the pasta is cooking fry the chicken with some butter in a saucepan, when cooked add cream and herbs of your choice and warm through gently, you can add a splash of white wine if you like to. When ready tip in plenty of Parmesan and black pepper, stir well, serve with the pasta.
