Plate up & re-heat or start from scratch?

I've just made Steak pie with cauli, carrots, broccoli and jersey royals. When it's cooked i'm goingvto the kids theirs.

What i'm wanting to know is, am I wrong plating mine and dh's up and reheating them when he gets in from work at 8pm. If I don't it means starting from scratch etc and having to mess about with the dishes.

DH has been at work for 12hours, should I be the good wifey or just plate up as planned.

plate up and reheat - nothing wrong with that

I LOVE food re-heated in the oven for some strange reason

I'd be plating up too. I hate cooking twice. Unless there are friends coming round for grown up dinner after the kids are in bed. Then it's fun. But on the days dh works over tea-time the menu is carefully planned to be something reheatable.
