yeast - 1 1/4 tsp
Strong White Flr - 600g (1lb 5oz)
Sugar - 1 1/2 tbsp
Butter - 25g (1oz)
Milk powder - 2 tbspn
Salt 1 1/2 tsp
Water 400mls

Large
Yeast - 1 tsp
SWF - 500g (1lb 2oz)
Sug - 1 tbsp
But - 25g (1 oz)
MP - 1 1/2 tbsp
Salt - 1 1/2 tsp
Wat - 350 ml

Medium
Y - 1/2 tsp
SWF - 400g (14oz)
Sug - 1 tbsp
But - 15g (1/2 oz)
MP - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Water - 280ml
