So knocking around at the back of the fridge were some old courgettes (slippery to the touch, not mouldy but dappled skin) and some feta which had been left open and gone rubbery (again, not mouldy but has the consistency of mozzarella.
I've made a fritata with these (eggs very fresh as straight out of my sisters chickens), potatoes (also fine) and onion.
What do we think? I used to have iron guts... Not so much these days!
