Farine de blé noir

I have been given a bag of farine de blé noir, which I think translates as buckwheat flour.
What can I do with it?

Buckwheat pancakes - they're lovely filled with cheese, chicken, mushrooms and ham.

I thought the French for buckwheat was Sarrasin?

That sounds like 'black flour'. Perhaps is same thing.
