Batch cooking - what pans do you use?

I've got a big saute pan with a lid, but even that doesn't really do more than 2 meal's worth of food. We have a slow cooker which I guess is about the same size. Do serious batch cookers have bigger pans or am I being over ambitious?

I use a 6.5 litre pressure cooker quite often as it cuts down cooking time as well as holding a good quantity. Other times I use a large 'chefs pan' which is pretty deep and has a lid. We're only a family of two, however, so it's easy to generate extra portions for freezing.
