Help me with my meal planner??

Ok I have decided to do a meal planner. Can anyone help???

we like all types meat, but husband doesn't like anything too spicy or with too many herbs in. The most 'different' thing i can get him to eat is a chicken korma or lasagne. I was thinking of trying to do meals on a rota of 2-3 weeks so that we aren't having the same thing on each day of every week if that makes sense? I don't mind things that take a while to prepare, but not too often!! Neither of us like alcohol that much, so nothing with wine etc in really. We eat a lot of chicken so something different to do with that would be great. We are on quite a tight budget as well.

So any suggestions would be greatly appreciated ladies!! Thanks!!

Sorry Angel, I don't think I'll be much help as we eat mostly heavily spiced/herbed/garlicked/big flavour foods, many of which involve alcohol!! Still, bumping this for you. Just a thought - if you are on a budget it might help to limit the amount of meat that you eat, lots of veggie dishes are very cheap to make, especially if you include pulses/beans.
