Exactly what you eat. Her choice whether to eat it or not. No other options.

Depends what she does eat.

The baby likes cheese sauce so I do a lot of foods with cheese sauce - lasagna, fish, pasta, chicken etc

Let her feed herself
Eat with her
No stress
Pasta and sauce
Grated cheese
Chunks of cucumber and tomato

Can't go far wrong with that ...

Strips of omelette or frittata
Baked potato with cheese

Give her some things she likes and dime new things and let her see you eating it

Don't introduce any pressure or anxiety

my DD (23mo) isn't particularly fussy at the moment but particularly likes stews and casseroles (goulash, pork and parsnip in cider). She likes meatballs in a cinnamon tomato sauce with couscous, spaghetti bolognese and fish pie with a sauce I make from creme fraiche, english mustard and parsley.

She will eat anything mixed in with pasta, but particularly likes fish and broccoli with it. If she's really tired and I think she'll end up throwing it about, I serve her a 'picnic plate'. bits of cheese, toast, cucumber, cocktail sausages, fruit. This is usually a hit.
