I have just raided tesco but theres no way i can eat it all tonight and the kids are in bed. Ive frozen the 3 loaves of bread and two packs of bagels that i also came home with and the muffins are for brekkie.

Cookies you definitely can. I've frozen biscuits and cookies and they've tasted fine once thawed and eaten at room temp.

No idea about the doughnuts though, but my thoughts are that they would be quite wet and doughy when thawed. But could probably be improved my warming up in the oven for a minute or two.
